OUR MINISTRIES
Our heart for Philathea Women's Ministry is to see women transformed by the Word of God as they know the Word of God. We provide devotionals during Advent and Lent that help to stir our hearts and connects our minds to the truths behind these sacred seasons. We also provide quarterly Bible studies that go through a book of the Bible exegetically, taught by one of our teachers either in-person or online. We also provide a biweekly podcast that dives into Biblical topics that our women can access at any time, as well as a group chat that they can utilize for questions, comments, or prayer requests.
The Men's Ministry at BBC is focused on Biblical training and discipleship. We seek to accomplish this through engaging in fellowships, monthly breakfast, a bi-weekly Bible study, and an online group chat through our church app.
At BBC, our goal is to create an environment where children can come to know God personally and build a relationship with Him, worshiping the Lord in all circumstances. We aim to help them form healthy friendships grounded in Gospel principles. This journey starts by teaching our children how to read and understand God's word, guiding them to live out their faith and trust in His grace. We have the privilege of planting the seed of hope that leads to eternal life, preparing the next generation to carry the torch of the Gospel.
It is the passion of Broadalbin Baptist Church to instill in the hearts of our youth the importance of real and genuine faith. We seek to challenge our teens to become leaders through biblical discipleship. We also provide multiple opportunities for our youth to connect with other peers in a positive environment. We aim to be intentional through all our activities, always pointing to the beauty and love of God that is in Jesus Christ. We believe the Gospel is the only source of truth that empowers our youth, giving them confidence and hope for the future.
Our youth group meets from 5-7 pm every Sunday night at the church from Septemebr to May. This is for students grades 6th-12th and includes a group activity and a teaching time.
